She is fine, nothing even broke. But cell phone service and text messaging were interrupted. I wonder if Hollywood is pretty much shut down now in shock of the cell phone crisis? I can picture rhinestones scattering every which direction as tricked out cell phones were fearfully dropped to the floor while dining at The Ivy or shopping at Jimmy Choo. I can see Tori Spelling's disbelieving face and almost hear P. Hil's sigh, aghast at not being able to text their peeps. "Oh, was there an earthquake? Why won't my phone work? Stupid phone."
They are so ready in Southern California for these things. Right sis? Like, if "The Big One" hits you'll know what to do?Her building is on rollers! How cool is it that buildings can now "go with the flow"? They were looking out the window at the building going up next door and hoping it was to the point of being earthquake resistant.
It frustrated me at the thought of all of the fun that could have been had and was lost by being scared. Too bad she didn't know she was going to be okay so she could have just enjoyed the ride.

I wish I was a Photo Shop Pro. I'd make a picture of her in a building that is rolling around the streets of L.A. with her hands up in the air like the pictures of us years ago on Splash Mountain.
I am glad no one was hurt. Geesh. What a strange phenomenon.

I have family in LA too, and when I heard about the quake yesteray, I got nervous. But everyone is fine. Glad your sister is too!
We just missed the earthquake, but my Grandmother and mother felt it! We left LA the morning of and were just on the other side of the grapevine when it hit! Pretty crazy, I'm so glad nobody was hurt. I'm glad Victoria is okay too!
